So far my posting schedule on this blog has been random at best. This doesn’t serve you, as you never know when you’ll get new content or what you are going to get.

To solve this problem I’ve been doing a little home improvement

So I’ve come up with two ideas to help you get more involved with what’s going on on the site:

Post Calendar

So you know what is going to happen I’ve come up with a post calendar. On certain days of the week I will post on certain topics:

  • Monday – Christ-Centred Living: What does the Christian life look like in practice? Perfect for Monday morning! (Example: Don’t Waste Your Summer)
  • Wednesday – Christ-Centred Thinking: How should Christians think about certain doctrines, passages of scriptures or modern movements? (Example: We’re About Bible Verses!)
  • Friday – Finding Christ Friday: Posts devoted entirely to those who aren’t Christians, showing why you should accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. (Example: What Every Non-Christian Must Know)
  • Saturday – Christ-Centred Resources: Books, blogs or websites I recommend. (Example: Come and Welcome to Jesus Christ: John Bunyan)

Post Suggestions

Also to get you involved in the process more I’ve set up an account on Skribit.

Skribit is a site which enables you to suggest posts and vote for which posts you’d like to read. I’m hoping to use it in a number of ways:

  • Questions for Non-Christians: So fridays are helpful for non-Christians (and those talking to non-Christians), I need to know what questions you or your friends are asking. So go and suggest topics you would like discussed, or vote for other ones.
  • Questions for Christians: Even as a Christian, it may be that there is a certain issue or doctrine you are unsure about. Suggest areas you’d like to know about. When I can’t answer a question I’ll try and find a resource that does, or try and find a person who could do a guest post and answer the question well.
  • What’s Coming Up: I’ll put up upcoming posts on Skribit. This means you’ll know what’s coming up and you can vote for the posts you think will be helpful.
